A new concept of gastronomic places in Buenos Aires, where the pizza is presented in a square format, and sold by portion like “Alla Pala” pizzerias from Rome. They offer a wide variety of pizzas and sweet products ready to take away or to consume in place.
The challenge was to combine the classic look of Rome’s pizzerias with a replicable chain concept.
